There are missing items in the parcel.

Conditions for Return and Refund:
Please make a video 📷 while opening the parcel 📦.
This helps us verify any damage or missing items.
Videos should clearly show the package being unsealed and the contents inside.
Without a video, returns or replacement requests will not be considered.
Notify us within 2 days of delivery:
If you encounter any damage or missing items, please contact our customer support with the unboxing video within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
Requests submitted after 2 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Contact our customer service via [email/phone] and provide:
Your order number.
A brief description of the issue.
The unboxing video.
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days with further instructions.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions
Products that have been used or altered after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Returns without a valid reason or evidence (unboxing video) will not be processed.
